Refurbishments Complete Nov 2007

On the back of a very busy and successful first season in 2007 at Kingfisher Cottage. We have undergone significant refurbishment during November to offer increased levels of comfort and luxury for the 2008 season.

Details of these improvements can be found below.

• New Bathrooms
  New bathrooms with classic style Armitage Shanks bathroom suites complete with Mira Excel showers.
• Log Burner
  A new Stovax log burner with glass fronted doors has been installed.
• Carpets and Flooring
  New carpets have been fitted in the sitting room, hall, landing and stairs and the master bedroom. New wooden log plank Karndean flooring has been fitted in the kitchen diner to give it a more classical look and to make it more practical and easier to keep clean. The bathrooms have also both got new flooring more suitable for wet areas.
• New Sofas
  The sitting room now has twin luxury tan leather sofas for you to enjoy.
• Soft Furnishings
  New Laura Ashley curtains in the sitting room and master bedroom.
• Electricity Costs
  All electrical items are now included in the rental tariff for the 2008 season.
